Hi, all, and thanks for signing up to adopt Florida this year!

This is Jess Craven. (In case you didn’t know, I also publish an email newsletter called Chop Wood Carry Water—thus the name for this sub-newsletter.)

With everything happening in the world it’s more clear than ever that we need to win in November.

And with everything happening in Florida? 😱

The stakes couldn’t be higher.

So, at long last, here’s my Florida Master Document. I’ve put a whole bunch of stuff in it you can get started on right away—from writing postcards to Florida Democrats encouraging them to sign up to vote by mail, to registering Florida voters via phonebank, to giving money to fantastic grassroots organizations on the ground. And I’ll be updating it all year!

Very occasionally, when a new Florida campaign drops, or when primaries are happening, or as we get closer to the midterms, I’ll send an email highlighting new ways to get involved. But do keep the doc bookmarked, as I’ll always add them there as well.

Finally, do me a favor and write back to let me know you got this email. That way we’ll avoid spam filters in the future, and I’ll know I’m not shouting into a void!
